pissed

Yesterday was a good day- until I got home from work. Generally, it's the other way around. But when I checked the mail I'd neglected while I was in Virginia, there was a letter from a lawyer on behalf of the City of Richmond informing me that I owe almost $600 in personal property taxes on my car. Due in just a couple of weeks. I haven't lived in the City of Richmond in 14 months. And I owe $198 to the state of Oregon by Thursday for taxes, and $120 for a parking ticket. Well that's all nice. While I am happy to report that I no longer feel like jumping off a bridge, I still just want to tell the government to go fuck themselves. I am not a happy camper!
