i love kale

Last night I cooked dinner for four of my girlfriends. It was so much fun! I made a mixture of quinoa and brown rice with kale, tomatoes and avocado, topped with green chile sauce. I love healthy cooking! That sauce is so delicious. For breakfast this morning, I had 2 scrambled eggs, half an avocado and green chile sauce on top. So good! And now I'm having a smoothie with kale, almond milk, ground chia seeds, brown rice protein powder, apple and banana. Also so good!
