So tonight was the first night of my Wednesday night yoga class. I'd taught that class once before, but now it's officially mine. I really wish my gym would differentiate between power yoga, gentle yoga, beginner yoga, intermediate yoga, etc. Tonight I did lots of hard, fast vinyasa and I don't think some of the students were loving it. Maybe I will just continue with that style and eventually people will come to know that class as 'power yoga'. Yes. I think that is what I will do.
I did 30 minutes of cardio before class tonight and I am whipped. I think I shall sleep well tonight. Here's hoping...
