Last night I took melatonin a little before 8 and completely passed out! I woke up at 5 this morning and I was so tired. I really don't like taking melatonin because it does seem to have that effect on me. But I haven't been sleeping all that well recently. Teaching yoga while that sleepy was a bit tricky! But I think my class went well anyway. I did 30 minutes of cardio after class and it felt great. Now I'm having coffee and breakfast and enjoying some down time before I go to work.
