It's raining. Again. This is really starting to damper my mood in a big way. That combined with the fact that I just paid $335 to the City of Richmond, where I haven't lived for well over a year, and $300 to the collection agency they turned me over to for not paying taxes. It's hard to pay something when you never receive a fucking bill. Apparently, even though I never got a bill it was my responsibility to just know that I owed taxes to a city where I haven't lived since January of 2009, and I was supposed to contact them to pay it. So yes, I have been eating spaghetti and fucking toast for a month trying to save every penny that I bust my ass for, so that I can give the City of Richmond money. I could cry. Or scream. Or both. That is some crooked shit.
