Part two of "yoga and my life" is coming soon. I have to have a lot of time to sit down and write it and my mind has to be in the right place.

I took a great yoga class yesterday and feel very inspired. I have already taught two classes today and will teach one more tonight.

Babette had her baby last night. Annabelle Perry Isbill weighed 8 lbs 6 oz and is very cute! 

I can't wait to meet my niece. She will be perfect.
